What tailored AI solutions are

A tailored AI solution is not a product you buy and adapt: it is a process in your business that starts running by itself. The difference from a generic tool is where you start. A generic tool makes you change how you work so you fit into it; a tailored solution is built around how you already work, with your systems, your vocabulary and your exceptions.

In practice that means looking first at where the time goes. It is almost always the same places: copying data from one system to another, answering the same question twenty times a day, checking documents by hand, chasing confirmations. None of those tasks needs human judgement at every step, and they are exactly what a well-designed integration absorbs.

Process automation

We connect the pieces you already use — email, spreadsheets, calendar, your CRM, your ERP, your invoicing tool — so they stop needing a human in the middle. An order that arrives by email and ends up in your system without anyone typing it. A quote that is generated and sent on its own. A document that arrives, is read, classified and filed where it belongs.

How we work

We start with a conversation about the business, not about technology. Out of it comes a process map with candidates ranked by what they save and what they cost, and we pick one to start with. We would rather have one automation running in weeks than a transformation plan that never gets going.

Then we iterate on real data, measure what happens and extend it if it works. We are based in Vallès Occidental, near Barcelona, and work with small businesses in Polinyà, Santa Perpètua, Sentmenat, Sabadell, Terrassa and the surrounding area, as well as remotely across Spain.
